Have paid this company 14,800 to make and install an outdoor gas fireplace. Once completed, I noticed the pilot light would never stay on so I contacted them and they sent a service tech and told me they installed an indoor pilot system so they removed everything and said they would be back to install the outdoor system. I never heard from them after and when I tried to contact them, their phones were disconnected And now here I am seeing they are back in business.
